• Security Tag Requirement
All shoes arrive with an attached Security Tag. If this tag is removed, cut, or tampered with, the item becomes permanently ineligible for exchange.
• Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any exchange claim, an un-cut, un-edited, and un-paused unboxing video showing the original sealed packaging being opened is strictly required.
• Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Exchanges will be declined if the footwear shows signs of wear, scuffs, or marked soles; the security tag has been cut or removed; or an unedited unboxing video is not provided.
