RENARD NOIR offers handcrafted luxury footwear made with attention to detail, craftsmanship, fit, and quality.

Each pair is crafted using carefully selected materials and bespoke-inspired lasts. Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in texture, finish, or appearance may naturally occur and are not considered defects.

2. Orders & Order Confirmation

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.

RENARD NOIR reserves the right to contact customers through WhatsApp, phone, or email to verify order details, including the selected size and delivery information, before dispatch.

An order may be cancelled before dispatch if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be reasonably verified.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for completing payment through the payment methods available at checkout.

RENARD NOIR reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors and, where necessary, cancel an affected order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days across India after dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, logistics provider, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers will receive available tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

5. Fit & Size

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before placing an order.

Our footwear is crafted on bespoke-inspired lasts and is designed to provide a true-to-size fit.

6. Exchanges

RENARD NOIR provides a Complimentary 3-Day Doorstep Size Exchange subject to the conditions stated in our Fit & Exchange Policy.

Exchange requests must be registered within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery notification.

The footwear must remain unworn and in its original condition, and the branded security tag must remain intact.

7. Security Tag

Certain RENARD NOIR footwear may be fitted with a branded security lock tag for order and exchange verification.

Removal, cutting, tampering with, or damaging the security tag may make the order ineligible for exchange.

8. Damage, Missing Items & Wrong Fulfilment

Customers should inspect their package immediately upon delivery.

For claims relating to damage, missing items, or incorrect fulfilment, a continuous and unedited unboxing video beginning from the sealed outer package may be required for verification.

Claims may be subject to inspection and reverse quality control before approval.

9. Refunds & Store Credit

RENARD NOIR does not provide monetary refunds for eligible size exchanges.

Where the required replacement size is unavailable, store credit may be issued in accordance with our Fit & Exchange Policy.

10. Product Care & Usage

Customers are responsible for using and caring for the footwear appropriately.

Damage resulting from improper use, excessive wear, accidents, unsuitable surfaces, or alterations may not qualify for an exchange.

11. Website Content

RENARD NOIR makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and other website information are accurate.

However, minor differences in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screens, and the handcrafted nature of the products.

12. Intellectual Property

All RENARD NOIR branding, logos, photographs, product designs, written content, graphics, and other website materials are the property of RENARD NOIR or are used with appropriate permission.

Such material may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

RENARD NOIR shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or circumstances caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including logistics disruptions, natural events, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

RENARD NOIR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
